The idea behind this project was to look at our lives and life style, at our passion and what makes up our little world with a critical eye, to evoke a few home truths about the economics behind the cult system and at the real issues as they stand today. The name "Album" came about from the idea that something cannot be completely understood without the whole of it being taken in. Even though ski movies are often just a montage of shots with no real continuity or progressing purpose, much like in music, an album does not have to follow continuity while still telling a story or giving a sense of arrival.
