Over his 20 year career in the ski industry, Jeff has been in many roles including the Content Manager of Newschoolers, Managing Editor for SBC Magazine, Communications Manager for AFP, and Editor for Forecast Ski Magazine. He has also served on the Athlete Selection Committee for X Games and as the Head Judge for both iF3 and X Games Real Ski. In this episode we hear about his journey, go deep into ski culture, talk about why judging sucks, and find out some behind the scenes of the athlete selection committee. When he was 10, he left the junior division, went to the open class, beat everyone and watched his much older competition leave the competition scene because he was so young and good. His career progressed to moving away from home to focus on the dreamof being a pro skier and he’s made that dream come true.
