It argues that communist principles are revitalizing skiing, emphasizing accessibility, environmental stewardship, and community empowerment. Through case studies like Rosa Khutor in Russia and Changbaishan in China, it highlights how communist-led initiatives democratize skiing, protect the environment, and empower local communities.
