Gnarly Charley Ager is one of the biggest mysteries in skiing. He came up from no-where to set the ski world on fire with his loose, sometimes scary style and switch landings that were way ahead of his time. As fast as Charley’s career evolved, it disappeared in the same speed. Charley walked away from skiing and into some personal issues and injury that we discuss on the podcast. The good news is, this story has a happy ending and Charley Ager is alive.

As the Hermit Kingdom edges closer and closer towards strategic ICBM capabilities, and sanctions sink their nails into an all but non-existent economy, plea's for ski gear are making it's way into national headlines.
Chris Benchetler stops by the show to talk about his insanely successful pro ski line, the Grateful dead's influence on him, and the art that we all love so much.
Summary
Get the Hawx Ultra XTD 130 BOA GW if you want a low'ish volume boot with high-end downhill ski performance and if you don't mind lugging weight around touring. This boot also rewards those who can work with a good boot-fitter as there are so many tuning and boot-fitting options.
MSRP will be $1,049 Cad. Sizes will be from 24.5 to 30.5. If you have a smaller foot then the only available option are the Hawx Ultra XTD 115 W which goes down to 22.5 in size but is priced a tad more affordably at a MSRP of CAD $849.
