Jamie Crane-Mauzy, X games athlete was ranked 2 overall in the world on AFP when she skied at world tour finals WSI in Whistler, Canada. She was sending a double flat 7 but under rotated and whip lashed her head. Her brain started bleeding in 8 spots. She was rushed to the hospital and hurt her right brain stem so her right side was paralyzed for over a month! This is her recovery and return to snow. Enjoy!
Jamie Crane-Mauzy has gone all the way up to X-Games. She was at world tour finals in Whistler Canada when she under rotated a flat double seven and whiplashed her head. She was in a coma and the doctors thought she was going to die, but she survived! This video shows her coma back to skiing and hitting very mellow features. When you have a TBI you have to relearn everything and jamie is keeping it very very mellow, but she's back! The rest is yet to come.
