"The Source" is an HD film by Log Mahal Productions portraying skiing talent as well as the lifestyle and incredible nature of the ski bum. It documents the Log Mahal Crew's move to Mount Baker, WA as well as skiing across the US during the great La Niña season we just experienced. Primary filming was done by Patrick Erwin and Cory Bixler. Primary editing was done by Amon Barker. The songs are Snow by The Beauvilles and Thieves in The Night by Hot Chip.
This year I decided to take the winter off from college and focus on skiing and film making. With the La Nina year and a great group of friends it was probably my best ski season ever. Right now I'm continuing my film education but come winter I will be living in Silverton, CO, living the dream! This edit was shot all across NM, CO, OR, and WA.
