Presenting all the best crashes and outtakes from filming Stoke the Flame during the 2016/2017 season. Full of shooting guns, flying iphones, canadian accents, and of course lots of crashes.
Stoke the Flame Part 3 is the concluding video for the series. We hoped for blue skies and stable snow packs this spring. Boy were we wrong. Snow continued to fall day after day right until the end of the season leaving the snow pack less than desirable and forcing us to stick to the trees. Many days we lost to complete white outs, rapid temperature changes, rising freezing levels and high avalanche conditions. We were however blessed to ski some of the deepest powder we have ever seen.

As mid season approached, we began to explore new areas around Revelstoke and had the opportunity to stay 4 days up at the Amiskwi Lodge. Part 2 of our series includes: cute puppies (Ellie and Benji), deep powder, and magnificent landscapes. Skiing by Adam McCraw, Carter McMillan, Mark Dalgliesh, and Blake-John Travers.

Plenty of snow followed by temperatures well below -20c for weeks on end made filming Part 1 of Stoke The Flame extremely difficult. Camera displays frozen solid, batteries draining after one shot and Adam even encountered a couple black toes. None the less we got the shots we were looking for and have a long winter ahead.

Broken wrist, blown knees, cracked ribs, and more whiplashes than you can count all in the name of stacking footage. You win some you loose some,
Despite multiple injuries and more than less time behind the lens. I was still able to get out on some blower days to capture some of my own skiing. All was filmed on Revelstoke Mountain Resort
GNAR day at Revy went off. Sleeping in lift lines, pissing mid line, moms telephones ringing off the hook, and many BN laps were had.
When the snow stops falling we put on the danger stix and spin some hot laps in the sun.
Mostly just dudes and a few rad girls stacking more b-roll than bangers.
