This is a B-Roll movie. It is composed of unused clips that didn't make it in our final project. The weather was rough this winter, but we got some pretty cool footage nevertheless. See you next winter season, and meanwhile, keep tuned for our array of summer videos! Enjoy!

Tight Vs. Baggy 2

by DASME
Mar 2012 - 4.1K views

This experimental ski movie is completely influenced by David Fincher's Fight Club. Tight vs. Baggy 2 isn't exactly like the movie, instead, it incorporates an important message Fight Club conveys. "The things you own end up owning you". Skiers today attribute way to much importance on how they look on the slopes, and feel the things they wear define who they are. The attachment we have towards material goods is too great, seeing that our lives would be in shambles if we lost them all. Go out there and ride to the extreme fullest and don?t worry about what you wear. In essence, skiing is the equivalent to fighting; it is totally liberating and challenges you to let go. Invest time in yourself and your abilities, not your "swag"? It's only after you lose everything that you're free to do anything. Thanks to: Newschoolers Hype Energy Enjoy!

Totally Tubular! (Mono-Ski)

We where lucky enough to borrow a Delorean and travel back a couple decades, 1992 to be precise. The money we brought was only sufficient enough to buy a leather coat, a one piece purple "Ski Magic" jumpsuit and a totally tubular mono-ski. Logically, we decided to document the events with our trusty Hi8 camcorder.
