Stripes Trailer - Foreground Films

Three years ago I created Foreground Films. It was a group of snowborders from NorthWest Oregon and SouthWest Washington. We created little videos from our fun in the snow and posted them online.

In the fall of 2009 we released our first full length movie. I was a collaboration of nine snowboarders, three filmmakers, and two photographers. Our movie was titled Rotate. You can view the trailer here (vimeo.com/​6310388)

The following year we changed pace and focused on freestyle skiing. We stuck to a format of one webisode a month of all the ski action we took part in. We had plans for a movie titled Never Felt So Hood, but the external hard drive blew up and we lost all of our footage.

This past year we kept things from the internet. Here is our trailer for our big project. It is purely inspired by our dreams as skiers living in a land where snow doesn't fall on the valley floor. This is our story. This is Stripes.
