Alpine escapades from the 12-13 season (and a couple clips from 11-12)
This isn't the hottest segment of the 14-15 season. It's not full of doubles or die-hard (or try-hard) urban. There are no pucker-inducing backcountry lines or jaw-dropping scenery shots. All you'll see are some fun moments on the hill. Here's hoping for more to come.

Spent all day building the jump, and only got 3 hits on it before the lift closed. Totally worth it for some man-made pillow hits on my new Rossi Sickles. Self-filmed on an HTC Droid Incredible 4G (for lack of a better camera)

When somebody gets a free room for the weekend, ski-in, ski-out, you just gotta go to J-Hole
Mugen: Vast and endless. This applies to the culture, people, incredible food, terrain, sense of stoke, and of course, the seemingly infinite snowfall of Japan's Northern island. Despite the finite time slot in this land, the dream-like feeling of permanence permeated every turn and bite. Full-on flavor. Of course, these moments don't last forever. But sometimes, you really feel they should, or even could. Getting lost in these ephemeral moments is what we live for.
