This is a compilation of some POV video clips over the last couple of months.
This is a compilation of some POV video clips over the last couple of months.
Got a late start for the two-plus feet of snow they got in less than 48 hours, so we didn't quite get what we wanted. But not a bad day considering the Cirque didn't open.
Filmed at Jones Pass, Colorado on October 10, 2009.
This is a video of Bernardo, JC, and myself skiing Sky Pilot Couloir off James Peak, Colorado. Notice the no-fall zone at the top before we traverse across. Little did we know just how big a fall that would have been. Next year, we plan to do what is called Shooting Star which is directly above the line we skied.
Helmet camera footage from a day in the trees somewhere in Colorado. Skis are the 190 Bibby Pro.
Not much new snow in the last month, but we found some decent snow just east of Loveland Pass.
POV from a 3' day at Monarch while skiing 11/12 Moment Jaguar Sharks. Faceshots killed much of any usuable footage, so the edit is pretty short.
Some helmet cam footage from this past Saturday at Snowbird while skiing the 190 Bibby Pros.
Collection of helmet camera clips from the past few weeks. Filmed at Berthoud Pass, Monarch, and Silverton.
Footage of a bunch of teams throwing down at the water ramps in Steamboat.
Some footage from the Second Creek area of Berthoud Pass.
A nice creamy day at Berthoud Pass.
The entire mountain at A-Basin was skiing like crap, so I figured a quick hike to North Pole would provide better conditions. While the snow quality improved, there certainly wasn't a whole lot of it.
Short video of some runs at Silverton taken this past Saturday (12/26/09). The end highlights a high speed crash resulting from very limited coverage.
This is a video compilation from a day off the backside of one of the resorts which will remain hidden so the locals stay happy.
Ski/snowboard descent down the Spire Couloir off Notchtop Mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Helmet cam footy from a solo descent down the 1700' Dragon's Tail Couloir in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado while skiing 2011/2012 Jaguar Sharks from Moment Skis.
Had another awesome day out this past Saturday on the North Couloir off Buffalo Mountain just north of Silverthorne, CO. Weather was absolutely perfect and the snow was pretty good for close to 3,000 vert.

Vail received 30" of super light snow from Friday afternoon into Monday morning. Thanks the to the Super Bowl, crowds were mostly local and faceshots all the plenty.
February 19, 2011 ski descent down Dragon's Tooth Couloir (aka Dead Elk) in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Some footage from March 28th while skiing the 2011/2012 Moment Jaguar Shark in over a foot of fresh.
A first look at the newest offering from MOMENT SKIS called the DEATHWISH. Featuring dirty mustache rocker (twin rocker combined with triple camber) and dimensions of 138-112-129, the one-ski quiver game has been completely redefined. Available fall 2012 in sizes 164, 174, 184, and 190cm.
Highlights from the best season ever while cruising around the mountain on the 182cm Jaguar Shark from Moment Skis.
POV footage from a 4-hour tour in the Jones Pass area over Halloween where we scored 2k vert of pow.
On March 10, 2012, me and 3 others scored a double descent of Dragon's Tail and Dead Elk Couloirs in Rocky Mountain National Park under perfect weather conditions. While we were treated to rock-solid 45* ice down DT, the snow softened to ideal corn down Dead Elk.
23" in 48 hours at Vail with I-70 closed and no crowds.
Footage from an empty Sunday at Beaver Creek while giving the Bibby Special some powdery love.
