Some sweet sweet powder was located up a logging road just west of Revelstoke.
As I sit in isolation - awaiting the result of my covid test and watching Insta stories from opening day - I wanted to share one of the best times I had this summer.
On December 23rd, my roommates and I ventured up to the McGill area of Rogers Pass. Waiting for us was 120cms of storm snow and a really jolly day in the hills.
@storm_trooper_rejects are the next generation of freeskiing in Revelstoke. They let me tag along for a weekend and point my camera at them.
Along the way I learned a thing or two about being upside-down.
Some people call him the prodigy. I prefer to call him Alex. Last week Alex and I went out and explored the terrain that lies three bowls southeast of Revelstoke Mountain Resort. It didn't disappoint!
