The Regiment is a two year film project from professional freestyle skier Henrik Harlaut. Today, Henrik is one of the only skiers to compete at the highest level while also filming some of the most influential video parts of the past decade. We see Henrik go from filming urban three hours before a flight to X Games to skiing spines in Alaska and for the first time we get an insight to what makes Henrik tick, as he shares the motivations and inspirations that allow him to be one of the best freeskiers today.

The countryside of Sweden isn't exactly the place that comes to your mind when you think of skiing, but what could you come up with if you had to put a limit to the area you had to work with?
Kim Boberg and Oliver Karlberg set out to film a movie in a place called Alvdalen, to use what you got instead of seeing whats not there.
This movie was filmed within the area of a maximum range of 1-hour drive away from Alvdalen.

We the Montana Bandits present to you, our first ever ski movie! We all agree that ski movies these days are getting a little too serious. We think some ski movies are becoming a little copy paste, and not proving to be as fun as we want them to be. This is our offering, our take on how ski movies should be. Funny, fun, and a little less serious than what else is out there. We produced, and premiered this movie entirely on our own dime, and it's been a blast. If we can do it, why can't you?! If you don't know where to start, in the words of the great Shane McConkey, "Get out there, and jump off something for crying out loud!"
Let it be known that this film is not intended to be watched alone. Before pressing play get yourself some good friends, a couple of oat sodas, and then... enjoy!
Oh boy... where do we begin with this episode?

A big thank you to my friend Guillaume for being super motivated to shoot urban, and to my girlfriend Isabelle for filming me in the park and helping us out a ton with setting up spots, pulling the bungee and filming second angles. It would have not been possible without you guys!
Also, big thanks to LINE for hooking me up with skis for this upcoming season!

Keefbox reintroduces Swagger Juice and pays homage to his roots. Lol. Now a little older, wiser, and more powder prone! This edit has shots that span 2017-2019 and were acquired during junior and senior year physics major course work at U of U. Some have been seen and some haven't. Is it possible to do too many 360's in one video? I think not!
Shout out to all who support the vision i.e. Atomic, Dragon, Saga, Outdoor Tech.
Shout out to all the filmers, couldn't have done it without you!
And big shout out to my cousin Dave Bautista a.k.a. Stranger Danger and the whole Blaq Tongue Society for making the first track and dedicating it to me and my skiing!
Also thanks to Utah ski areas like, Powder Mountain, Alta, and Brighton!

Skiing wayfarer Jeremy Goldie roams the streets of Quebec in search of
worthy handrails and unique urban features. Despite an unstable ankle
pending Ligament reconstruction, he is still able to get content in
between multiple rollings and a lot of ice and elevation. From solo
tripod missions, to linking with videographers, to adventuring with a
winch, this is his pandemic street skiing season.

Newschoolers ‘Skier Of The Year’, Alex Hall, brought his relentless energy and mind-bending skills to 4 out of 7 segments in THE COLLECTIVE, producing stand-out performances in every location - from the streets of Helsinki, to the pow and pillows of BC, the big park Norway booter and the freestyle playground of La Clusaz. This Athlete Edit is a selection of his juiciest shots from the film, along with some killer unseen footage that leaves little doubt that Alex is a man of the hour in freestyle skiing.
Shot on location: Folgefonna, Norway; Helsinki, Finland; British Columbia, Canada; La Clusaz, France.

I've had kind of a rough past two years ski wise. With blowing my right knee out once in 2015, and then re-tearing the same knee the following year in 2016, it was questionable whether or not skiing was still worth it. After months on months of rehab, I got the okay to get back on my skis this past January, and while I was scared shitless of hurting my knee again everyday I was skiing, I managed to have one of the best seasons of my life. I figured I'd call this my 'comeback season' as I never thought I would really come back into skiing right where I left off. I can't thank my family and friends enough for the constant and continued support that helped me get over my injuries, and I cannot wait to get back on my planks this season for another great winter with many more to come.

Throwback to arguably one of the most progressive urban segments of all time from Head for the Hills by Meathead Films. I decided to upload this since I stumbled upon the hard copy of the movie I had laying around. It showcases, what is in my opinion, the beginning of a new creative era in skiing. This was the year before Traveling Circus started: At the time, people were actually getting techincal on the streets, but not many thought outside the stock handrails, kinkers and switch-ups. Will and Andy really exploded people's minds with the outstanding creativity and open attitude in this segment: Andy doing rollerblade-esque tricks no-one understood at the time and Will being unbeliveably technical with his creative lines. And remember, this was before anyone had ever thought or heard of "newwave" or whatever the kids call it. This didn't go unnoted: Will was rewarded with the Best Jib-award at the Powder awards for the closing line, which included an underslide (the first one ever done I believe). Now, nearly a decade later, their attitude has not changed much at all with Line TC still going on strong and Will still hunting filling to his skiing spot collection. So enjoy this, nowadays even "low-key-ish" part of skiing history.
