The boys pushed through just about every injury last year. Dislocated shoulder, lacerated spleen, blown out knees, a dislocated hip, and broken hands. But, despite all that we made the best out of it and got down to business. Get with it or get rolled over.

A heart of gold, skills of a Jedi, and the power to believe in yourself...and by golly that's exactly what this year's winner Michael McGuire has coursing through his human veins. Sure, technological cheat codes from another dimension can help you achieve greatness sometimes, but for the 10th Annual Master Shredder, staying true to the human form was more in line with the soul shredding vibes of the day. These past few weeks have been dominated by good vibes, the 9th Annual Master Shredder competition hosted by Pinewski's and Armada, a new set in Valhalla, and the skies opening up to let down some sunshine and spring shredding. It's a great time to be a troll and/or human at Trollhaugen.
