Content
Rage films really stepped it up this year and added a couple new athletes. Some of the best urbans I have ever seen and Ahmet Dadali nailed some really tech rails. The felton brothers were insane. Taylor Felton threw some sweet backflips. Richard Permin threw down some insane new grabs and the europe segment was pretty sweet. The big mountain skiing left a little to be desired but Darohn Ralves had a couple of nice lines. Almost every athlete in Enjoy is an up and comer and many of these skiers are going to break through this year. It was nice to see an abstinence of double flips. Over all the movie had a great vibe, some killer skiing and a fitting soundtrack.
Overall
Enjoy is one of the top 3 ski movies of the year. While Level One is outstanding for its editing, and Matchstick for its progressive content, Rage's new film is balanced between these. It has great shots, fun segments, and a couple really well-edited chapters. My favorite segment, in terms of editing, is Ahmet Dadali's – Rage did a near perfect job of syncing Ahmet's segment to Lux Aterna (dramatic orchestra music). Also, it is really great that Rage can produce such a polished movie with all up-and-coming skiers.
