Overall
With descent waterproofing and many functional pockets this jacket is great. Wear the liner when it's cold and take it off when it's not. Great for all season in many conditions.

Value
I did not pay full price for this jacket, and find that it's best to wait for sales on oakley outerwear because some of the higher end stuff is a little overpriced. That being said it is well worth the price I paid.
Fit
This jacket runs big for an Oakley jacket. I usually wear an XL but I can get away with a large in this style (for reference 5'10 185lbs). The sleeves on this jacket are nice and long also.
Durability
With a seasons worth of use I have found this jacket quite durable. It has a checker pattern fabric that seems more durable than most oakley stuff I have used.
