The Anomie is back for another year of stylin'. So here's the goods.
2L
Anorak pullover
XL @ 35.5" length
Khaki/black
Tech: this jacket is pretty simple but technical as well. It comes with a huge kangaroo pocket, two other pockets like a hoodie would have, and a chest pouch. The jacket has a nylon Oxford feel and is very durable and light. It doesn't actually feel like a jacket but more like a very waterproof warm hoodie. The jacket is a 2l so it's not going to be a complete tarp in a sense, but it does a VERY good job of keeping rain from ruining your day (a must for east coast). It has a zip with a button buckle on the bottom right side to make pulling the jacket on easier, and a pass pocket on the left sleeve to keep your pass.
Fit and Style: this jacket kills it in overall impression. When I ordered the XL, I thought it was going to be like on of my old anomies, huge, baggy, and heavy. I was blown away with what I had got. This jacket was lighter than one of my hoodies, and probably one of the most comfortable jackets I have ever worn. I'm 5'11" 155 lbs. And the XL is a perfect "signature" got. Saga had made the jacket less boxy and therefore more technical. It's bottom sides come down just a tiny bit past my finger tips, where I like it. The pullover feel is great, and I love the khaki/black color combo, it even goes good with my old foxtrot camo Anomie pants.
Overall: this jacket has impressed me beyond measure! Saga had has really outdone themselves with their reinvention of the Anomie!! Bound to have the best time out on the hill with this jacket for sure! 10/10 I would recommend!!
