Picked up this jacket when it was 75% off on Amazon cause why not. Given the price, I've been pretty satisfied, although it has been pretty much phased out of my wardrobe because I layer much more and don't have much need for a heavy waterproof/insulated jacket. However, this jacket is solid for the category it's intended to fit. The waterproof membrane and DWR work fine. The 100g Primaloft is very warm, but very heavy. Compared to my other jacket systems, this piece feels bulky. There are plenty of pockets, but the watertight zips on the handwarmer pockets seem to have begun delaminating, which is not a huge surprise given they were relatively recent technology when the jacket was first produced. The jacket has all the features one can expect in an insulated resort jacket : removable snowskirt, plenty of pockets, goggle cloth, removable hood. Verdict: decent cold weather jacket that holds its own against the competition.
