K2 did a great job on their first foray into the ski boot market. These are a super comfy boot that also delivers solid on-snow performance. The flex feels firm and consistent from neutral all the way to completely flexed out, and seems to be a legitimate 130 flex. The rebound is quick and snappy and provides good feedback from the ski. The included Intuition liner molds well and is warm. Even though the power strap is a nice wide, cam-lock strap, it would be nice to have a power strap with some elastic in it (similar to the Booster Straps) come stock on a boot for once. But that's really just a personal gripe of mine. I haven't experienced any leaking in the boots and I've had them in powder, and spring slop. No surprise, but these boots can be challenging to get on in the cold, even with the dual pull laces on the liners. The boots feel very durable. Parking lots and short boot packs haven't torn up the rubber soles too much, and the plastic parts of the soles are holding up just fine. After about two weeks with these boots, I broke a buckle off on a rock or something. The shop replaced the buckle for free, as the boots were still under warranty (even though the warranty technically doesn't cover damage from normal use). I haven't had any problems with the buckles since, and I personally wouldn't really count it as a strike against these boots, just part of my experience. I don't recommend banging into rocks, but I do recommend these boots.
