Built for the outdoor lifestyle, the Spy Optic Rocky delivers.
First of all, when removing the glasses from their packaging I noticed a piece of string was included in the package. Confused, I opened it up, only to realize it was a sunglass lease that can be attached to the sunglasses built in leash notches. This perfect for anyone who wants to use these sunglasses for action sports such as skiing or biking won't fear losing them, or they're perfect for fishing and boating giving them a quick place to hang out when you're not wearing them.
Secondly, Happy Lens technology continues to blow me away. The tint on my Rocky's are the darkest tint of my three pieces Spy Optic eyewear in the Happy Bronze with Dark Blue Spectra tint. Happy Lens technology filters out all the harmful UV rays while still letting in good rays, making your eyes, and therefore your vision, happy. The lenses are also polarized, making them even better for fishing and boating because of reduced glare on the water.
Finally, the frame shape is pretty much spot on for my particular style. I prefer the wayfarer style frame, but if you're not into it, well then they might not be for you. Luckily, Spy does feature several other frame styles with Happy Lens technology.
The only downsides I found with these lens is that they're best on REALLY bright days, they still work on partly cloudy days, but just not as well.
