Bought a pair of these bad boys from the creator himself, Powforbreakfast, last year. Came with a pair of Marker Griffon Demo bindings. My first impression was that they were a super soft but super fun ski. In pow they float better than any park ski I've ridden (Eastcoast pow that is)with their slight rocker in front and rear of ski. On groomers they are alright, because of the rocker they feel, and are, very jittery and you feel you only have the edge underfoot touching the snow. On the crud and ice they are, in fact, terrible. They slide about everywhere and setting an edge is nearly impossible. In the soft, ungroomed snow they are the complete opposite, amazing. That goes for spring slush too. They carve superbly and the flex allows you to set really hard edges. Finally coming to the park they are a very fun, playful ski with high durability. Ive bashed in the edge in multiple spots on one of the skis and its holding strong. The top sheet is very durable as well with almost zero chipping. Even with their super agressive tip and tail (it nearly points vertically) I haven't been able to see any signs of delamination. If you are looking for the cooler older brother of the Afterbang that still allows you to rip moderate pow, this is the ski for you. But good luck finding it, with their website down the only place I've come across this ski is in the B/S/T forums.
