1st Day Impressions:
They smell like fresh leather and Wow, these mitts are super soft (inside has a sort of fuzzy material) and my hands won't stop sweating. They definitely aren't a spring slush glove. However, I skied with them in -30 and they were perfectly fine and my hands never felt cold. They're really water proof as well from the outside. The mitt's fit nice and snug in XL, I would definitely size one size up from what you normally do with pow gloves. For example I'm a Large in Dakine and a Medium in Saga mittens.
Season Impressions:
I'm really impressed with what pow has to offer with these gloves. They're not overly expensive, but the quality you get is amazing. I've thought for sure that I had broken or torn them when i got them stuck in some places, but they come out with just a scuff (probably due to the fact that they're made of a durable leather). They're gore tex so i've never gotten wet with them, and I've never gotten cold with them on either. The fuzzy innards matte's out after a while and doesnt feel as nice, but it's definitely still warm and waterproof which is all you could really ask for in a mitt.
All in all, I really liked these mitts and would pick up another pair if I could
