Amazing all mountain ski. I ski almost exclusively on the East Coast, and this beauty still shreds groomers and ice like no tomorrow thanks to the relatively deep sidecut. Holds an edge like a charm and yet still floats on our few powder days with the 108 waist. Ski is incredibly fun to slash around with... Surfy on almost any terrain with a ton of pop off of jumps and easy to stomp a landing with.
Only complaint I have is it's a tad flappy at high speeds, but that comes with the territory when you're buying a soft ski. I still feel stable and in control when bombing, but on ice or hardpack you're going to get a bit of edge chatter.
Graphics are dope and I get compliments on them constantly. BUY THESE SKIS.
The 2015 line sir francis bacon’s for their class are precise edge to edge. One of the most enjoyable skis around, partly due to how light they feel, but this also leads to instability at high speeds.
They are alright in the deeper fluff but the tips can dive so its hard to keep a forward stance.
In conclusion these bacons are versatile and fun. They feel light despite how heavy they are and are pretty twitchy at high speeds. The graphics are also a nice touch.
The only prominent downside to this ski is that the top sheet is not that durable.
