First off about the reviewer: I am 6'1", 250 pounds, expert skier, but not a very aggressive skier.
I bought these skis intending to use them as my daily driver while working at Mount Washington, and as my touring ski. The total use so far has been 1 day touring, 4 days cruising panorama, 1 day heliskiing, 1 very choppy day at whitewater and roughly 8 days at Manning Park., and zero days at mount Washington.
The first thing I have to say about this ski is that it inspires confidence in the rider. It begs to be pushed harder and skied faster. It makes you ride more aggressive, and makes you a better skier.
It's not going to do all of the work for you like some powder skis (looking at you s7). It pivots extremely well in a variety of snow conditions form 10cm to 50cm+. It turns with grace from short to long turns and it is comfortable at high speeds.
It's not the most versatile ski out there as it can be a struggle in hard crud, and it isn't the best groomer ski out there but it holds its own for being a 112 underfoot and completely reverse camber. They're better on the groom than my surface live lifes. I still feel confident in skiing them on 80% of the days I'm out on snow, but I wouldn't make them my one ski quiver.
I was afraid after my first few days at panorama when I wasn't skiing tons of fresh powder that they wouldn't be as suitable as I had hoped, but after skiing on them more, they are everything I really hoped for an more. They best powder ski I've been, they are just as at home inbounds as they are out of bounds.
