I ended up getting the PB&Js and I absolutely love them. They haul ass down the mountain want to be going 100 mph all the time... point them downhill through some bumps or crud and you'll find yourself at the bottom a whole lot faster than you expected. Super fun all around and even in the bumps (the mustache rocker gives them a super flowy ability). This is a super stable ski. They absolutely crush everything. They can carve downhill crazy fast and they are definitely are sturdy enough to drop some big cliffs but at the same time remain relatively playful. I haven't had much experience with them in the park but from what I hear I wouldn't doubt them for a second. The PB&Js charge!
Like I said, they carve like nobody's business and float in a decent amount of fresh snow. I've had them in Mammoth and Whistler with fresh and wouldn't have had anything else. I demoed the SFB in Whistler for a couple of hours and they were way too soft and lacked the energy that the PB&J has so that might be a good comparison point. After a season on these bad boys I can say I'm definitely pleased.
