These boots have worked great up to this year but I think it's time to get some new ones. Both boots have large cracks in the shells and they also both have broken buckles. I think it is time to retire these an grab a new pair
Ratings:Pros:
lightweight.
cool design.
comfortable and warm liner.
Cons:
plastic buckles break easily.
cable covers are cool but totally ruins the functionality of the boot flex. I've taken it out after a few days. And taking these covers out is a nightmare. Good luck.
Bottom Line:
These are the lightest and most comfortable, and warm boots I've ever owned. I think Full Filt recognizes its shortcomings with the plastic buckles so the new 2014 models are equipped with metal buckles. For the quality and durability, it's on the expensive side but with that, you get the style and functionality. Will definitely recommend and buy another pair in the future.
These boots fit great and are super light. Little soft in my opinion so I got a stiffer tongue. I did have an issue where I lost the screw for the canting adjustment on the hill so I had replace those parts, luckily full tilt parts are easy to find. The thing I don't like about the boots is the sole. There's no way to replace the toe, once it's worn out there isn't anything I can do. They did fix this issue with the 2013 model. Probably going to go with the Seths when these are worn out. Overall a great boot!
