Overall
for the price these gloves are warm, comfortable, non restricting and a decent pipe glove but with downfalls in waterproofing, grip durability, liner stitching and material dye running. 
Performance
for a pipe glove these are pretty warm. with 2 layers they will be good for spring/summer riding and most days riding assuming you are wearing appropriate other outerwear for the conditions, as if you are under dressed the bodies first defence is to take away blood from the extremities like your hands. the grip on the gloves is the glossy and almost sticky grip so there are no major issues with dropping poles etc.
Design
the shape of the glove is a pistol grip style and so lends itself nicely to gripping poles and going for grabs easily without restriction from the material. the velcro fastening strap makes sure the gloves stay on when you need. with a decent quality velcro which hasn't worn much in the 3/4 months use and abuse they have had. the oute rmaterial could be a little more waterproof as i did find myself wringing them out on slushy and socked in days riding with could have become uncomfortably cold if it had been a colder day.
Value
One of the reasons i chose these gloves is that they were a price point glove at £30 Retail for how warm they are the price is good but how easily the gripping material was disappointing and the pink piping on the bottom of the glove did run in colour and stained my wrists & the inner of the cuff .which is not something i expected from something designed to be in a wet-ish enviroment.
Fit
Having average sized hands for a man i chose the medium and have found that is the best fitting for me with burton gloves. small was generally too tight to fit my hand in and large was just too loose for me
Durability
These gloves are not the most durable but probably comes with the price. within a month the lining on the left glove had became un-stitched and i got a replacement pair. the second pair had its lining go in the same place and having had 3 pairs of replacem gloves in the last season (different brands) i couldnt be bothered with going down the my local shop and getting them replaced and so i stitched up the lining and thats held up ok since. the grip on the palm of these gloves is the most disappointing part with the stripes coming off far too easily. I think i lost at least 5 stripes on the fingers and palms within a month or so through grabs, which is what the grip is meant to be designed for on snowboard gloves. Over a week in summer i lost alot more but that was more down to learning hand drags. other than the liner and grip the rest of the glove held up well
