        Overall

I love this ski and all BD products and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hard charging ski to ski gnarly lines or a great east coast powder/crud ski.

        Performance

This is a great east coast powder ski or every day ski for the west. I even use it as my all mtn. ski for the most part. It rips groomers like a GS ski and I can easily out ski most people on carving skis with it. It is garbage in the moguls but that is expected with any ski over 100 mm in the waste. for powder the ski is a dream it floats great and charges hard. It is mounted pretty far back as it is a directional ski and if mounted any farther forwards you would feel like the tip is to short on steep faces. It is also a great ski for when the powder gets tracked out and uneven because it breaks right through anything.

        Design

The top sheet is not much to look at but the ski is definitely a solid product. I am very tough on gear and the only reason one would know that on this ski is the top sheet chippage which happens to any ski that is skied on aggressively. It is a heavy ski so it can be a pain to hike with but the amount of stability once on the skis makes the weight well worth it.

        Value

I got these pro form so I can't complain about pricing but would recommend them to anyone even at full price.

        Fit

I'm 5'9 and the 182 is the perfect size for me. They ski a little short because of the early rise tips and I have only been slightly overwhelmed in the tightest of east coast trees when the skis were still manageable.

        Characteristics

This ski is STIFF! It's the stiffest ski BD makes and you can tell as soon as you get on them. This is great for skiing heavy snow or chopped up crud and makes ripping GS turns on groomers a breeze. The early rise tips are a little softer making them easier to turn and get around in the trees or steep lines.

        Durability

It has held up fine except for some very minimal top sheet chipping.
