Overall, I'm psyched that I got this coat for a deal and it definitely looks real nice in the park. I'd give this jacket an 8.5/10 just for not being ridiculously awesome or loaded with innovative features (like a pole strap, now that's G) but it's still a good looking, solid coat.
Performance
This jacket has goose down fill insulation and you can feel it the second you put it on. This jacket is very, very warm and it'll cut it for riding in all but northern Canada and AK on the cold days. Still, it seems like Spyder forgot that zippers are important and through the main zip you can often feel some cold air.
Design
I thought the colors were real nice, I got the Volcano/Blackened setup, but the Blue/Black jacket looks just as sick. The outer material of the coat feels smooth but more than rugged enough to hold up, I don't see this jacket ripping anytime soon. The inside sleeve material is nice but it seems like if you were to sweat in the jacket it could get pretty nasty, pretty fast...
Value
I got my jacket off of geartrader new for $120 flat, at that price I feel like this jacket was a steal (or at least an awesome find) and I don't regret it at all. If you can find this jacket for under $200 though I would say that it's still a great deal.
Fit
I really liked the fit of this coat, it was respectably tall for a spyder coat. I got a large because that was the largest I could get for the price I found, however it fit just fine for me and I'm 5'11. If you like your stuff XXXX-T however, this jacket might not cut it...
Durability
Haven't been real rough on it yet but like I said above ^ It feels real durable.
