Overall
if you ski 80% or more park then this is a great boot. if you ski more all mountain go with dalbellos or fulltilts( if they fit)
Performance
park/pipe/groomers- 10/10 (straight money)
intermediate runs w/powder- 8/10 (a little soft)
expert runs w/powder- 6/10 (too sloppy)
cliff dropping 9/10 (i love all of the padding)
hiking w/rock scrambling 8/10 (the shell of the boot is made from very soft plastic so wear cat tracks when rock scrambling)
Design
i like the design they look super sick, perfect park and pipe boot.
if i could change the power strap to a booster i would, and i would like a full boot board similar to full tilt/ dalbello, and make them a little stiffer laterally.
my two favorite parts of the boot are all of the padding, and the lace up liner. i feel like these two features take the boot from good to great.
Value
the retail seems like a lot. so i bought them on sale for 240
Fit
go to a boot fitter. i didnt and i got lucky. get them fitted, and get the liners thermo formed the day you buy them
Characteristics
the flex index given on the boot is 100, but they feel much softer than my dalbello rampages that are set to 100. laterally they are soft. i prefer a boot that isnt quite as soft laterally.
the flex is perfect for park if you like soft boots, if you like them a little stiffer you might want to go with the pro model. i find them to be too sloppy outside of the park and groomers.
Durability
they are made from very soft plastic, so if you do a lot of parking lot walking/ rock climbing on hikes wear your cat tracks, and they get scuffed real quick
