Overall
Great boots, I recommend them to anyone in the market for a pair of excellent, cheap, durable and warm freeride boots.
Performance
These boots are so comfortable, which was the main thing I wanted when I bought boots this year. They have this cool fur- stuff on the top, which is nice, and they have a ton of padding. Yesterday I skiied in -10 degree F temperatures and my feet stayed nice and toasty with very very thin socks on. I have also hiked and built jumps all day in these comfortably.
Design
I think they look awesome. You can't tell in the picture really, but the part that looks white is actually clear plastic, so you can see the patterned insole underneath. I quess the boots are pirate themed. The insole has a map- like pattern. Sounds lame, but actually its really cool.
Value
GREAT DEAL. You can find them for $300 online, I got mine for $200 at my local ski store. For a good freestyle boot, this can't be beat. I haven't tryed higher- end stuff like the Technica Agent, Nordica Supercharger, or Solly SPK/ Ghost, so I can't really compare price vs. performance, but this is 40% of the price of some of those boots, and I have no complaints.
Fit
Fits absolutely perfectly. I am a 10- 10.5 shoe size, I got this boot size 28 and it is very nice.
Characteristics
These boots are 100 flex and are flexy enough to push hard on groomers, but soft enough to be comfy in the park
Durability
I skiied them hard for about 7 mountain and 8 or so urban days. The bottom is like new even though I've walked on them a LOT. The white part got some black marks from my binding brakes, but those came right off with some water and a paper towel. That's it though. The strap is very solid, and everything is pretty bombproof. Overall, I think these are very durable boots.
