Any other online store would not have cared about my situation and for $149.00 they would have missed out on a repeat customer. My first experience with Getboards.com and i am forever a lifetime customer now thats for sure!

I just got in the mail this afternoon my new ski pants, i was so pumped but quickly disappointed that they were way to big on me. i ordered the wrong size.I got them online from http://www.getboards.com, i called them right away. With the holiday season around the corner i need my ski pants quickly. I got Customer Service on the phone spoke with this guy Jared i told him my situation and how i needed a smaller size before x-mas break. He knew that if i did the standard exchange procedure that i would miss out on the slopes. So he took down my order number and cell and asked me what size i would like and if he could call me back he wanted to speak with his manager. Within minutes Jared got back to me Getboards.com is sending me out my pants tonight not even charging me any additional cost, and once i receive the pants i can return the larger ones.
