Spending 100 on poles seems crazy for some, but I haven't regretted it, they have lasted well over 50 days which is impressive seeing as my old aluminums used to last me only a few weeks. If you want some light quality poles and just want the best of the best, but these things, you won't be disapointed.
Performance
Good performance, VERY quick out of my hand and has a good snapback rate, these are in fact much better then those heavy rental poles all the NS kids seem to love so much.
Design
GREAT design, hats off to k2 for making these with a leather grip and a chrome top, so sleek and sexy.
Value
You pay for what you get in the pole world, if you want something super comfy, with good performance and really nice looks then spending the 100 dollars or so is well worth it.
Characteristics
Good flex, not a super stiff pole and is realtively flexable yet has alot of snap to it.
Durability
Have held up great, some chips in the sides but have not snapped or bent.
