Overall
Overall, def get it if you have some extra money or buy the level 1 six pack. You can see skiers of the past and see a side of the sport that you wouldnt otherwise.
Value
It's good for the money if you buy the level 1 six pack. It's good to see old movies and see how far skiing has come too.
Quality
It's a dvd. the product is well made.
Content
This movie is very different from others. It is good, but just seems amateur-like, which isn’t bad. The intro is really strong, explaining how no one cares about the east coast and how good the skiers are there. The tricks are definitely reflective of skiing at that time, with a lot of hucked tricks without grabs and not much style. Tanner has a full segment of when he was 16. Boyd’s segment is cool, with him trying to steal skis from a shop. Mikael has a pretty good segment, showing the best style in the whole movie, but it’s only a minute long. There are many rails, mostly in the park, but otherwise it’s a good movie. It is also long and difficult to watch in one sitting.
