How to butter

I’ve seen so many threads and videos about how to butter properly but i can’t get it down, just looking for extra tips to make it more clean. Thanks

It's a hard trick man, don't get down on yourself. The #1 thing I see people do wrong when they are learning is not going fast enough. Post a video and maybe we can help see what's going on

bend your knees! anytime my butters arent hittin I bend my knees more for the initiation/pop, always feel better. don't throw your weight forward/backward, bend it forward.

When performing the trick called "buttering," a small tip I tend to notice that helps is to lean backwards and bend your knees. These two simple pieces can heavily aid to your buttering.

180 and lean up hill when you are doing it / land. time it so when you land you only have a couple feet to go before you air and keep bringing the next 180 around (or be a g and do it for 15ft lol) but its a good place to start. find the right feature for it.
