Is there any way to practice/train rails in the off season or just flips?

I have made a recent post about training this to do in the off-season and only really got training for flips on trampolines or like mountain biking and other sports to stay in shape. Is there any way to practice rails without having to build a backyard setup? I don't really have the resources or funds to build anything like that. ( I live in Iowa, everything is pretty flat anyway.)

just find any rail like thing and practice spins off them the only way i learned b2s was jumping off those concrete barrier things in front of parking spaces in parking lots

inline/rollerblades simulate skiing pretty well if you dont care what others think.

otherwise wakesports are great. i ride a board, but ive seen wake skis at a cable park before. you can find boats for pretty cheap too

Put Jib bar across ur tramp would be best and easy, I just jump on logs in forests lol

It’s above ground and has a net so the jib bar might not work

i inline skate during the summer and the resemblance is still there, just takes a bit to used to because you dont have the extra 5 feet of length on either side of you. also that shit is SIGNIFICANTLY more physically taxing in my opinion, im talking from a cardio aspect.
