Pretty much the only way to get banned here is to use homophobic slurs or be blatantly racist. There is a ton of posts that get left on here that any other forum would get you perma-banned instantly. Dolan had some stupid posts but unless he really screwed up on something I am curious why he actually got banned.
Skierman has been banned more times than i have fingers to count so maybe Dolan will be back.

I used the word "queer" to describe something strange and got banned. even provided a Marriam-Webster definition with it to avoid confusion and some buttmunch mod still banned me for like a month

Weird it's always the same people complaining about how censored NS is. Also most times those people have been messaged or banned for saying something homophobic or racist.
Usually something just gets deleted and the person gets sent a message that says "hey dude i deleted this post in this thread, chill out on that stuff"
It's honestly annoying to delete shit or ban people, but if people continue to post the same stuff or say something really messed up it is what it is.
You really have to try to get banned these days. I got banned once for putting a photo in the wrong category way back.
People have gotten banned for weird stuff before. But things are pretty chill.
Pretty much if you get messaged about something and you get mad, and try to keep doing it because you're pissed you'll get banned. If you come back pissed and do it right away again you get banned again.
It's not that complicated.
If you're that angry that you got banned once for something and can't get over it? Idk, sounds like a you problem. Stay angry about it. Idk
