Southern hem winter when covid lets up. Hoping to be back Africa pushing snow around. Will go back to Australia other years but that visa ain't coming back this year.
Otherwise prolly picked up skateboarding almost teo years ago and I prefer it to snowboarding a lot of times at least with the casual sesh. Bowls are sick.
Also bought a guitar last April and if I read books as much as I played this thing I'd actually be pretty smart. Things dope af and I'm actuslly getting pretty good at it. Has been a very good outlet for me and gotten me through some shit. I play the fuck out of it. Also great that it's low consequence. I'm poor and don't have health insurance so the mtn scares me more and more. And getting older i just ride less.
Might do a go fund me freebie diy mini and some other shit at a previously locsl skatepark in southlake (bijou).
If my care can survive im gnna try and road trip some more, camp in cool places, do big hikes, and meet new people and catch up with many old friends scattered around. Shout out to montana NSers for giving me couches to sleep on and being cool af last year. Skating, cliff jumoing and drinking beers. Not bad.
There's a diy park in NY I wanna help woth if i have tome and get back east was one of my forst experiences with concrete doing a pour on a nice bowl corner.
Maybe taking a small break from drinking. I could prolly use it. I have a lot of issues and a lot of shit going on.
But yeah hopefully just having fun and doing some positive shit.

I skate, mountain bike, work, dig jumps, workout, rock climbing, hiking, sup, kayaking. Been wanting to try surfing a little difficult on the great lakes during the summer.

Be careful because it consumes your life. Whenever I go fishing now I cannot touch a spinning rod, I only own fly rods now and buy as much Fly fishing shit as I do ski shit. It’s a disease. But it’s the best disease there is, second only to skiing.

really looking forward to that park too. Not much to do in EV over the summers, especially cause I don't have a bike.
Camp, whitewater stuff, mountain biking. Will have to start climbing since it's part of a job description. Wil be my first time spending summer in Michigan in a few years and looking forward to sitting on a beach a lot.

Kissingbridge closer to buffalo setup a rope tow park this year and is gonna push a park mid April for a jam which will be so sick.
p.s. you didn’t hear this from me but hv doesn’t knock down their jumps on moonshadow or park on fids when they close so it’s hikeable until there’s no snow. Your allowed to hike So it’s not a big deal just tryna not have people coming up and knock over shit in the spring

That pocket before and my fat ass pushing some crete around and getting a sunburn. Good frigggin times though. It reminded me a lot of snow. I mean it's totally different but I took to it pretty well. If you're good at leveling and polishing snow, you can probably fuck with rhe crete. Those guys are doing a greag job, on point there stuff is smoother than a lot of skateparks. I was just another hand for the dsy and had no real impact other thqn being a body who could move crete and polish things.

Damn that's sick! I live in Washington now. Worked with a few hv parks guys at northatat when i lived in tahoe. Heard good things. We used to do that at mt snow. Drive and set up rails till all the snow from inferno or pipe melted out. Was hilarious when a bunch if kids with tall ts and xxxxxxxxl pants would get out at gas stations along the way in june
yeah I live here when I'm not at school. Been skiing on and off the last few days cause of shinbang but the weather has been perfect. Slush is a bit slow but it's like the beach out here. U ski here regularly?

Idk were talking 6 or 7 plus years ago. They had some cool setups. I can't remember who it was. I either knew him from here or he came to some of my jams at Oak mtn.
Yeah it was sick, like I said they needed people but it wasn't as if I offerent anything special. Was cool that snow skills applied though. Also my buddy chuck in the sagety vest. An NSer mentioned this park in my thread about psrks to check out on cross country road trip. Checked their insta, friggin first post I see is my friend riding there I was woah! Small world. Stayed at his house for a couple days. He fucking shreds, same with the other dudes in that crew. I'm garbage but I like to build. Fuck it i like to skate I jist can't rip. Got into skating wayyyy late for that.

You gotta ride the finger lakes trail. You'll never ride the shit at pinnacle or dryer again. Stid hill across from bristol is sick so is High tor area. You can car shuttle high tor. It is insane how much great mtb there is in the finger lakes that is absolutely slept on. Just be careful on new trails the maintenance is horrible. I always carried a saw with me.

All of these trails allow bikes on them. It's hundreds of miles!
I ride the freeride stuff at pinnacle, and the jumps at dryer and flow trails at bay park and tyron cause the only stuff we have around buffalo is the bike park and hunters freeride lines and the vb jump trails. To me that stuff around roc is amazing so this stuff must be good. I’ll make sure to check it out.

Would recommend! Really just need a driver and putter if youre not too serious. I also find the disc golf community to be very similar to the skiing community

One of my friends has their own course that they built on their land. I guess it's technically a frisbee golf course there are no baskets and none of us have disks.

Yikes. I started skateboarding last summer but have been longboarding forever. I went out skating yesterday and got about 15 seconds into a hillbomb when I slid out and started bleeding really bad from my hand. I'm excited for more
hiking, climbing, camping, fishing, hunting, riding dirt bikes, beer drinking. gonna try and hit a lot of colorado's summer ski spots before climate change gets rid of them
