Has it been done? In my imagination its basically a cork 1 (see vid of alex hall as a cork 1 example), with a revert back to forward, so its basically a wack shifty. I know that its insane but i feel like A Hall or Krypto skier(or any of the other crazy scandinavians) will get one in the near future. While I'm at it, I predict that Tanner will land a quad backy this season, and that magnus will retire from skiing to run a cattle ranch.

holy shit was thinking about this on the lift today.
i see it as a super big weird shift where you body goes back to get off axis and then you pull your feet back under you. similar mechanics to just hand drag 0 off something just make it happen on a jump idk

They do it in motocross you just need skis that weigh a few hundred pounds to get a good whip going

Seems like he had to use his hand to change his momentum.

I don't know if a cork 0 without a hand drag is possible simply because of newtons laws. Cats are able to change their momentum somehow, maybe if we study that somebody can figure it out. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat_righting_reflex
