This is my 1st edit. I made it with my friends Micheal and Everett (Micheal is on NS, ATP10secDIAMONDS). I also made this the day after I started skiing park, so I look like a real noob because I am one haha. Please give me some feedback, even if its bad, I can take it haha.

Please use the video section of NS it's there for a reason... We don't need a new thread for every other edit some kids makes But it was pretty good just use the video section

shorter polls, bend knees while on boxes, and try to keep poles by ur side while on rails/boxes, thats about it for now though

Try to jump and pop onto boxes and rails. You are just stepping on and that's why you are not getting to the end. Also try some spins and such off jumps. Once you get a basic 3 down, spins off rails will come and you will be amazed. I mean come on you got those prices walls, why not put some abuse on them?

Yeah that's what I thought. We really didn't have an edit in mind when we filmed this, we just wanted to get some shots. I'm planning on making one this weekend Ill try to stay closer.

Pop off that jump and you will make the 5ft gap! (that was serious)... Not bad for the first day in the park but gaping jumps doesnt get any easier and you ate shit on the last clip... Try riding switch then do 180's off little kickers and step up to a 3. Then do 180's off boxes and spin ontop of boxes. SOme of my favorite things to do are uber simple such as floating switch ones and spining on top of our 24ft. box with a 180 off.

it was alright,
the only thing that bothered me is the fact that you hit a bush skiing switch.
as funny as it was, what if that was a little kid? this gives us a bad name.

Haha thats my bad. My bases were bone dry and I couldnt keep up. I got a cool shot on the jump, but it happened to be on one of the only times his arms flailed. lol

I just realised this, last week some kid put up "best edit of 09/10 ever" or "amazing edit" or something like that, and he got absolutely demolished by NSers cuz it was just some stupid edit of him and his gay friend in a mini park trying to be cool. This kid put's up "my 1st edit", it's him and his friend having some fun and getting into freeskiing. For being honest (in the description and the video) he's gotten a butt load of good advice. Not sure what point i'm trying to make... maybe accept that you're learning and have fun with it, don't act like a tool??? I don't know, i'm very high. But there you go, /rant

I filmed most of it. Last year I could pretzel and all that. Thats what getting silencers that the shop messed up and didnt center and haveing shinbang can do

Oh i'm not hating on you guys at all, it's just the guys who put the edit up the other week were tossers and got silly (but deserved) amounts of abuse for their edit. Where as you guys are getting positive feed back and advice. I suppose what i'm getting at is that because you guys come across as nice people everyone is willing to help out and offer a constructive opinion, as oppose to the other guys who came across as complete douches and got ripped apart because of it.

Yeah that fail at the end hurt like hell. It doesnt look really bad but i couldnt get up for like 5 minutes lol. And micheal sorry i put so much of everett i just didnt get like any shots of you. And thanks for all the advice everyone.

nice edit man. try skiiing switch on greens and stuff to get the feel for it and pop and jump 90 on the boxes, it will make them a lot easier to make it to the end of the box with speed. also try some 180 on smaller jibs on runs and stuff to get them down then try some 3s on bigger jumps. have fun
