Coloring crowbar strap?

yes i searchbarred, and could not find anything so please no hate.

i have a red retro strap, and would like to color in the white writing yellow and green. im wondering if using sharpie or any other markers will bleed into the red, or how much it does bleed so i do not ruin my strap. i do not want to dye it so dont tell me to dye it.

marker will come off the only way to keep it there for long term is to dye it lol.

Sharpie probably won't bleed too much but will look crummy and tacky.  I know you don't want to dye it, but I'm going to tell you to anyway for if you use yellow dye, a lighter color than red, it shouldn't really change the color of the red, only the white,

yeah i colored it in and its not very great so im just going to dye it straight black.

Sharpie will work but only if the strap is white, and it will stay there trust me. If you want to make the strap any other colour then white, it will stay there.

I like it, but i personally i like the gloss better. Its just opinion.
