Yea, but lots of artist leave behind studio recordings, kind of like mix-tapes and then producers come through later and make an album.

no seriously, its just the same with every dead artist. every good artist produces at least 5 times more songs for an album as they would need for a standard LP. they just make a tough selection and throw the rest away. from there on it follows this scheme:

1) artist dies or he needs money all 5 years.

2) release "b-sides" or "new" album with said tracks

3)?????
