AR6!  But then again I've never ridden Afterbangs, or any Lines for that matter so just ignore my opinion.

I would say ar6. But it depends on how much park you ski and what you really want to do with the ski

if it really is between those then ar6 but anthems would be better prolly than both if your looking for primarily a park ski

Personally I'd get the AR6. I like non symmetrical skis better, but thats just me. THey'd be a little more versatile outside of the park while still slaying other places too.

AR6, an excellent choice, it's what I ride and I love them in the park. I found the Afterbang to flexible for me plus the ar6 has butter zones that are soo fun, and the carbon stringer in the tail makes them more poppy of jumps and in the pipe.

i would do the afterbangs because they have a really cool build (there built like a skate board) and suposedly they are very strong

I have this years ar6's and i love them. I feel that if you like rails and jibbing and stuff your gona like the afterbangs with their whole skateboard construction. BUt you can still do everything on both, its your decision. Both are great skis

The sandwich construction is a cool idea and makes them harder to snap because they are more flexible thru the entire ski, cool construction does not = good ski. The  abangs are not very durable tho, i have done a comparison with my friends and my ar6's have held up way better. just sayin

Yea ive seen some afterbangs that the top sheet just peels back. My ar6's just chip allitle no acutally ski damage.

afterbangs for sure, two of my friends have them and they both love them. they're an excellent park ski, but if you're not a park rat then probably get AR6's

i wuold go with the abangs because personally they are really poppy but the only downside is that they get chipped up so much

Uhh AR6 does not of Butter zones or carbon ollie band...  Line Afterbangs and Anthems have that.

HAHA are you joking, butter zones in the tip and a carbon stringer in the tail, the difference is carbon olliband is the entire length of the ski, the ar6 has them in the tail.

The core of the AR6 is not milled out or thinned out to produce butter zones.  The THALL has that feature, not the AR6.

This is directly from the armada website bud, hate to break it to ya but you are wrong.

Think of the AR6 as a history lesson in park-specific ski design. Its DNA goes back seven years to our very first prototypes and proves that the terrain park rivals the race course as skiing's premier testing ground. After all, it takes the input of Armada-caliber park riders to marry an AR Core 1 to a carbon kevlar tail stringer for a ski with unprecedented pop off the snow and durability throughout the season. The 2.5 Impact Edge and S7 Base absorb abuse without significant decline in performance, and the ABS construction is our most bomb-proof. Armada didn't invent the park-specific ski; with the AR6, we perfected it.

How is a carbon stringer and a butter zone related to eachother at all? Oh wait they arent, they are totally different things. I suggest next time you post you make sure you know what you are talking about noobtard

A butter zone and a carbon stringer are two completely different features of a ski, which provide the user with different benefits.  A butter zone is a thinned out portion of a tip and/or tail to aid in the obvious, buttering.  A carbon stringer is a layer of unidirectional carbon fiber laid tip to tail to provide more pop for ollies, jumping, spring from turn to turn, etc. They are not the same thing.

The AR6 does in fact have a carbon stringer, but it does not have specifically milled out zones in the tip or tail, like the THALL does.

personally i would get the ar6, i was thinking about getting it for myself

i've heard that the ar6 ride better than the afterbangs but arnt that durable- ive heard they chip easily.  afterbangs are heavier but are gonna chip much on you.

depends what kind of sking your doing.  thats really what is gonna determine it

i have afterbangs and i ride about 100 percent park and they seem perfect the ski is a lil heavier but the swingweight and pop is amazing some how. they chip really easy but if u are not a perfectionist when it comes to the topsheet it wont really bother you that much. and they are like 150 bucks cheaper than the ar6 which is a plus. i cant really say anything on the ar6s i havent rode them.

I don't think you should get Abangs, I am not hating on line but abangs are on their first year so they still need some work. My friends abangs are falling apart and he has about 15 days on them.
As for armada, they make some of the best skis and are very durable so you can't go wrong with them.

your stupid. ar6's dont have a butter zone. the flex on them is pretty unpredictable stiff on cold days but softer on warm days. i personally like line skis a little bit better. its a hard choice between the two i couldnt pick a favorite.

I ride ar6s and they are really sick. I havent had that many skis aha but i can tell you that i definetly enjoy them alot.

falling apart or just chipping? theres a big differene. the corners and edges of mine just look like the bottom of a used skateboard, other than that zero problems

i have both armada ar6's and afterbangs, and after like 10 days into the season i didnt use the afterbangs. the ar6s are a way better ski. the noses are just as playful as the afterbangs, but the tails support you on landings. the tail on the a-bangs are fun to sit on but my started to rocker. In summary ar6>afterbang
