lol, i bet that thing doesnt actually read anything, the fan turns just increases and decreases in power randomly, cuz the person is obviously gunna be trying to concentrate on lifting it

I believe it loosely related to concentration.

I saw on 60 minutes about a machine that could tell if your brain was thinking of a hammer as supposed to a house, for example and it did a bunch of thing like thing of an orange or a dinosuar and the machine would tell you which one your thinking of and its accuracy was insane.

I can imagine that they scaled that machine down into just a little headset that just measures concentration.  I don't think it would be perfect either, I'd love to try it though, just not for 80 bucks.  I bet it breaks easily.

seriously? I'll give you that it's very simple at this point but if a machine can understand what were thinking then you have something like a exoskeleton that moves perfectly in-sync with your body.thats a bit into the future but even tv's and shit, turning it on off, changing channels volume all that kinda shit could be done right from the couch and you'd never loose the remote

Not true. I did therapy for a while cuz my parents made me and like every other week my doc would hook my ears and head up to a neuro machine and just watch these waves and shit. I had so much fun messing with him cuz i would hold my breath and the shit would go off the chart.

But seriously....those 20 questions toys can fucking read minds so good
