sorry homie, but dont go tellin me to bring facts. BLAAAAAAAHHAHAHAHAHA!
7.9 million dollars from mexican investors is not nearly enough money to run a ski resort for a season. Even if they opened only one ski lift, no day lodges, and limited staff - it costs a lot of money to run a ski resort. They are not able to get any loans so they have to run off of cash. If they are able to pull this off, it will completly stun the whole ski industry.
They will also have to honor all of the season passes they sold last year. And with their track record, I doubt people will be buying season passes.
Fool???? KYLE, sorry but your the fuckin fool man. i never once said anything about you accusin me. you stated your facts, wanna cookie? I answered your question. I said, i have notta damn thing against the old Tamarack. Fuck the new Tamarack.. if you really need me to go back into detail on why the new Tamarack is whack, i can.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- A judge will let Tamarack Resort property owners participate in a foreclosure lawsuit over the failed Idaho vacation getaway, but refused to endorse their plan to use a Mexican real-estate lender's cash to open skiing this winter.
In a decision Tuesday, 4th District Court Judge Patrick Owen wrote he'll at least allow homeowners to argue their case, despite his "concerns that this is not a proper case for intervention."
The homeowners want to use a $7.9 million loan from Mexico-based Inmobiliaria Las Fuentes, S.A. de C.V. to hire a new receiver to reopen the resort.
Zurich-based Credit Suisse Group and others owed more than $300 million by Tamarack are fighting the homeowners' plan, on grounds the Mexican firm has made being repaid before existing creditors a condition of extending the money.
yes sir u r right haha its all about shreddin the brundo
