sick as aids told me this is a good idea so im going with it

i was a bitch to deal with and now regret it and i hope ns forgives me and starts get the b/s/t forum going again this will never happen again

na his dad was really nice and easy to deal with, we as ns dont need to do much more on the matter, he has sent back my shit with proof so yeah... His dad said Will would face consequences from what he did and they were treating it seriously... so yeah i think everything is sweet

i posted this in the other thread, but ill paste it in here to

ok heres the deal

I Have been in communication with ghettoball3rs parents, and we have discussed many of the related topics. Everything to do with Will and I has been resolved, his parents were very fair to me, and were disappointed with their sons actions and have told me that he will be suffering further consequences from this point. My riggers have been returned to me, with proof, and it is to my knowledge the same has happend with purple furple. They refunded my shipping costs also. Bassically all has been resolved, it is now in Wills parents hands as to how they want to deal with their kid, they agreed with all my points, so i dont think it is a case of get ns off his back and we'l just let it go.
So all is resolved, however the one thing that is still continuing is this thread... a visit to his house was originally planned because of a lack of communication and co-operation between ghettoball3r and i, and also a lack of parental involvement. The parents have been included now, and are taking diciplinary actions, so i dont see any reason for this to continue. I know this may dissapoint some, and in theory, it all sounded fun and ns history making shit.. but the kids 13 and made some stupid decisions, and hasnt gotten away with it.. he will learn, but i dont think a mob approaching his house is longer necessary!
So all ask, is if this now dies down, we are skiers, not gangsters (hah well real gangsters) and this is now being taken care of!
i will say, ++K to all those who helped me out, im getting my shit back and we tought a kid a lesson, the right way.. so props!

This kid should be banned from the site. Scamming isn't a multiple-strike type of thing. If you attempt to scam a fellow skier, you should be gone. Fuck that.

Let this die.  This is just an insane hate-fest and people are coming out of the woodwork to rank on some little kid who fucked up.  We've all fucked up before; the only difference is that he wasn't responsible enough to fix it, and it would be safe to say he's learned his lesson.  He's had his share of embarrasment and shame, especially because now all of NS knows he's getting policed by his parents.  There's no further need for those not involved to pursue anything (including the friends of those involved).

ghettoball3r's rep has been scarred through this thread, feedback, the word in the forums, etc.  We don't need to keep this going.

Ok i'm going to go at this at a neutral stance.

Considering I have never been ripped off by you i am not here to shit all over you. Me being a legit seller and i consider everyone on this site my friend, we all share the same interest which is skiing, i would never dream of ripping any fellow skier out there off. The fact that you did rip off someone is not the best nor the worst thing in the world, I do not approve of it, but you did however apologize, I suggest writing a more deep and thorough apology though if you even wanna earn any respect back from the people you have dealt with, i know if you had ripped me off, a half decent apology would be nice (and my stuff back)

Advice for the future (if you ever make a sale again, doubtful but maybe)
1. TELL THE TRUTH, its not that hard to own up to a mistake early before things get complicated, admit your mistake, apologize and fix it. If you sell someone something that was already sold but they still sent you the money for it, PM them and say, "hey bro, im really sorry, I feel like an ass but I already sold those to so and so, or they aren't for sale or i dont actually have those, I know it sounds unlegit of me to do but I am willing to give you a free refund/your stuff back"
2. Repeat step 1
3. Repeat step 2

agreed tho, in this case, i was happy with where things got left, it was as good as it was gona get... but a lesson for everyone should of been learnt here about how to sell properly, how to respond if you mess up, and somewhat how to go about calling someone out

Yeah i know, and here i am posting again, this one however i am apologizing for all the posts and i am ACTUALLY GOING TO BED.

I just want to end it with this, although problems like this should never happen, i am really impressed with the way the system worked on this one with the callouts and everything, it shouldnt of happened in the first place but i tip my hat to everyone who helped resolve this issue. makes me feel good that if i call someone out i know you guys will help me out.
