Good Park Pole Length

I am going to be skiing more park this season and i was wondering what a good length would be for my park pole. I was thinking maybe 35" and go for the short pole steezy length. Im 5'11". what do you guys think?

I say slowly cut down a pole until its comfortable for you. Or put your hands at your side and then measure from your hands to the ground, and add a whole grip length to make it so your not bending over to put yourself into the lift line.

I'd say go with waist height max... few inches shorter if you're comfortable. But I guess it comes down to whatever you're comfortable with.

I have my poles pretty long just so that it is easier to move through the lift lines, and just feels more natural.

im 6' and use 46" for days that im skiing more pow/ all mtn.
for park and spring days i use like 40" or 42" probably

totally preference call.  I am 5'8" and ski with a 100cm pole(40 or 39 inches depending on who you talk to).  Just get a pair and keep cutting them down an inch at a time, ski with them and go from there.  Make sure when you put the grip back on you use some sort of glue that can be heated up or hairspray isn't bad.  I prefer apoxy.

hahahaha holy shit thats short. those are like kiddie poles. im 6'2'' and i use 50'' poles, but i do a lot of all mountain skiing. wowzers, maybe im just a giant

i am 5 11 and got 48 because my dad made me get that size or he wasnt buying them because he skis big mountain. So i cut mine down like 6 inches

Yeah, I'm 5'9 and I ride 110 cm (about 43 inches) and they work great for me. I like them cause they're long enough to get good pushes when I need them, and they're short enough to be out of the way when you like fall off boxes, rails, and jumps. So, in all, I'm 69 inches and I ride 43 inch poles, so divide your height (in inches) by 1.6 and you'll get a pretty good pole length. Sorry if the math makes me look like a deutsch.

I'm 5'6"-5'7" and I've been using 42s for quite a while lol...but I think they're a bit too long now, I'll prob cut them to like 39 or something. 42s for me haven't been a problem though, but I think I should try something shorter.

im 6'2" and i use 44s. mostly because i dont want a seperate pair of poles for park and those are a perfect middle ground.
40s would probably work well for you if its just for park

Don't be a fag and get short poles just for the sake of skiing park. If you're not using your poles you shouldn't have them. Drop 'em I say.

idk shit about inches but ive been playing around with diffrent sizes the past week and figured out 100cm was purfect for me, used to steal 110 but the couldnt find any one day so i took some 90's, made me hunch too much but like the short look so i met in the middle and now i steal yello rossi poles from my hill every time i hit the hill,

advice...test out diffrent sizes to find whats got but im 511 if that helps
