Used but in great condition still. Works flawlessly and the battery life is still near full.

Included: 40gb ipod, ipod dock, usb cable, firewire cable, firewire laptop connection plug, aluminium case (very strong, very padded, very well designed).

I'm looking for $145 for everything. I think that's fair after looking at what used ones are going for on Amazon and eBay.

sell it on ebay to get that kind of profit. people won't even pay $90 for a mint condition 5th gen 30gig here.

Well its 40gb, it comes with a dock (which retails for $40 on apples site and this one works fine), and an aluminum case I can't find online for under $50 and it still looks brand new. Plus with all the cables and the adapter I dont think you'll find a machine it doesnt hook up and work with. I used it as a backup hard drive to keep important shit on...works beauty.

I wouldn't be selling it but I have my heart set on an iPod touch now so this one needs to go before I can buy the Touch :)
