Frontflips=Shinbang?

Yes, I have a problem with some of my fronts
on some of the fronts, I tend to get shin bang.

I haven't figured out how it's happened, so I'm asking you

Is it the angle that I'm taking off at?
Is it that im still in a tucked mode?
I still land and ski out, it just hurts on some of the landings

Any tips would be nice

And I've already searchbarred.

you might be landing a little bit backseat cuz of the way you are rotating... pretty normal. thats where you get the worst shin bang anyway

this is what im thinking.
im not getting shinbang when i do them off flat surfaces
but when its off something like a pillow or jump, it happens

ya i get them from landing back seat!

I just started front flips but I always land back seat wich = shinbang just have to practice landings more I guess.

aha mason went upside down
yes it is form landing a little backseat
if you look at my videos on fagbox there is quite a good example of a shinbang causing frontflip

and are you comming to lake louise
its gonna be sick
