Pete O's double backflip 180 was supposed to be a double flat 9. However, it was neither a double flatspin, nor an alley oop, but it was probably the closest thing to what you're describing.

yeh but there ugly, thats preety much just double back flip with a 90 degree rotation that he barley lands, on him for trying but a double alley flat would be sooooo fuckin sick..
